Bri and Jeff - Greenwood Village, Colorado

Bri and Jeff were married in mid-September at the Greenwood Community Church in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The lighting in the church was really fun to work with and I was able to create some very dramatic images which can be a challenge in most church settings.

The candles flanking the center aisle offered an interesting leading line to the alter. But, in hindsight, they were also an obstacle to avoid during the recessional as I found out later on when I tripped over one as the couple walked down from the stage during the recessional and I broke the glass vase and spilled a good deal of water over the floor.  Luckily the floor was carpeted and therefore less of a hazard to avoid. My bad!

The family, wedding party, and bride and groom portraits were all taken at Westlands Park which was nearby and offered a great backdrop to the photos. The sunset was outstanding.

The reception was held at the Denver Tech Center Comedy Works.

Bri and Jeff are huge baseball/Rockies fans and was theme for the reception, complete with a concession-based dessert table with favorite pastime treats such as Big League Chew, sunflower seeds, and Cracker Jacks.

Guests were admitted to the reception and found their tables with specially designed 'tickets'. The attention to detail at the reception was exceptional and the guests seemed to genuinely enjoy the effort. *The photo on the 'ticket' was from their engagement session with me earlier in the year around Coors Field.

Bri and Jeff were really fun to work with and their wedding party and family were so nice to spend an evening with. All the best to you both! Cheers!
